The Middlesex County Clerk’s Office will be open for special extended hours to process Vote-By-Mail applications and ballots for the upcoming General Election from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 1 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 4 at the office located on the 4th Floor of the Middlesex County Administration Building, 75 Bayard St., New Brunswick.
Voters will be able to fill out applications for a Vote-By-Mail ballot and vote the ballot in the same visit. Voters who complete their ballots during these two days only can leave their completed ballots at the Clerk’s Office for delivery by staff to the Middlesex County Board of Elections.
All other Vote-By-Mail ballots must be received or dropped off to the Middlesex County Board of Elections by the close of polls on Election Day, Nov. 7. The Board of Elections is located at 11 Kennedy Blvd., East Brunswick.
Voters may visit the Clerk’s Office during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Mondays through Fridays to apply for a Vote-by-Mail Ballot. The deadline to apply for a Vote-By-Mail ballot in person is 3 p.m., Nov. 6. Voters must then mail or drop off the voted ballot to the Board of Elections before the deadline.
