Monroe adds medical transport bus to fleet

Monroe’s Department of Transportation, along with township officials, welcomed a new medical transport bus to the township’s growing fleet in March. Paid for by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Transportation, this wheelchair accessible, 20-passenger 2017 Ford F-450 comes complete with two ambulatory seats. The bus, the third of its kind in the township, is dedicated to transporting seniors and physically-challenged residents to nearby medical appointments.
